Shipping Policy

We will package all orders to the best of our ability.

All orders will be processed in 1-2 business days and sent via Australia Post. Delivery times are either: 3-8 business days with Regular Shipping or 2-5 business days with Express Shipping.

After the order has been confirmed, the customer will be sent an email with a shipping tracking code supplied by Australia Post. The estimated time of arrival will be given on Australia Post's website.

Returns Policy

Change of mind - No Refunds - No Exchanges

Under Australian Consumer Law (ACL),you have a right to a refund, repair, or replacement if a product is faulty, unsafe, or not as described. Proof of purchase is required. Returns for "change of mind" are not legally required but often offered by stores; such policies must be clearly displayed.

*Should you believe the items received are faulty and/or damaged do contact us owner@downundertradingcards.com and we will respond as soon as possible to resolve the issue.

Pre-Order Terms & Conditions

Thank you for choosing to pre-order with Down Under Trading Cards Australia. Please read the following terms carefully before placing your order.

💳 Payment Terms

Full payment is not required when placing your pre-order.
Full payment is to be paid 3 working days before release date, If not paid you will receive an invoice to pay and if not paid again for a further 24 hours your order will be cancelled and refund returned minus the 10% non refundable deposit
Orders that remain unpaid by the release date may be cancelled without further notice.

❌ Cancellation Policy

Please note:

A 10% cancellation fee will apply to all cancelled pre-orders. (Maximum $50)
The cancellation fee is capped at a maximum of $50 per order.
Any remaining funds paid above the cancellation fee will be refunded to the original payment method.

⏰ Failure to Pay

Your order may be cancelled.
Any payments received will be refunded less the applicable 10% cancellation fee.

📦 Product Allocation

All pre-orders are subject to supplier allocation and product availability.
While we do our best to fulfil every order, allocations from our suppliers may occasionally be reduced.
If we are unable to fulfil your order due to supplier shortages or product cancellation, you will receive a full refund of any payments made.

📅 Release Dates

Release dates are set by the manufacturer or distributor and may change without notice.
Down Under Trading Cards Australia cannot be held responsible for delays outside of our control.

🚚 Shipping

Orders containing pre-order items will generally be shipped once all items in the order are available.
If you require in-stock items to be shipped separately, additional shipping charges may apply.

🇦🇺 Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable legislation.
