Shipping Policy

We will package all orders to the best of our ability.

All orders will be processed in 1-2 business days and sent via Australia Post. Delivery times are either: 3-8 business days with Regular Shipping or 2-5 business days with Express Shipping. 

 

After the order has been confirmed, the customer will be sent an email with a shipping tracking code supplied by Australia Post. The estimated time of arrival will be given on Australia Post's website.

Change of mind -    No Refunds -    No Exchanges

​Under Australian Consumer Law (ACL),you have a right to a refund, repair, or replacement if a product is faulty, unsafe, or not as described. Proof of purchase is required. Returns for "change of mind" are not legally required but often offered by stores; such policies must be clearly displayed.

*Should you believe the items received are faulty and/or damaged do contact us owner@downundertradingcards.com and we will respond as soon as possible to resolve the issue.

Pre-Order Terms & Conditions

Thank you for choosing to pre-order with Down Under Trading Cards Australia. Please read the following terms carefully before placing your order.

💳 Payment Terms

  • Full payment is not required when placing your pre-order.
  • All pre-orders must be paid in full before the official product release date.
  • Orders that remain unpaid by the release date may be cancelled without further notice.

❌ Cancellation Policy

Please note:

  • A 10% cancellation fee will apply to all cancelled pre-orders.
  • The cancellation fee is capped at a maximum of $50 per order.
  • Any remaining funds paid above the cancellation fee will be refunded to the original payment method.

⏰ Failure to Pay

If your pre-order has not been paid in full by the official release date:

  • Your order may be cancelled.
  • Any payments received will be refunded less the applicable 10% cancellation fee (maximum $50).

📦 Product Allocation

  • All pre-orders are subject to supplier allocation and product availability.
  • While we do our best to fulfil every order, allocations from our suppliers may occasionally be reduced.
  • If we are unable to fulfil your order due to supplier shortages or product cancellation, you will receive a full refund of any payments made.

📅 Release Dates

  • Release dates are set by the manufacturer or distributor and may change without notice.
  • Down Under Trading Cards Australia cannot be held responsible for delays outside of our control.

🚚 Shipping

  • Orders containing pre-order items will generally be shipped once all items in the order are available.
  • If you require in-stock items to be shipped separately, additional shipping charges may apply.

🇦🇺 Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable legislation.
